IMPORTANT IL ASSULT WEAPONS BAN INFO
As of Wednesday, August 16th 2023, the TRO against the IL Assault Weapons Ban has been dismissed. Citizens listed as plaintiff on the TRO are no longer to purchase and/or transfer any firearm listed on the ban, effective immediately. Any item in this catalog listed under the ban may only be transferred to people who fall under the 'exemption. For more info on who is exempt or what firearms are listed on the ban can be found at: isp.illinois.gov
It is the responsibility of the bidder to know what they can and can not have transferred to themselves. Any item that can not be legally transferred, must still be paid for and can be resold to recoup some of the cost.
This ban is for IL residents and out of state bidders/buyers are welcome to bid. All banned items must be transferred to and FFL of your choosing that is out of state.
