Mogul Starting Engine used for starting the big Mogul & Titan Stationary engines. This engine has the correct Base Part # 5231 T and also the correct muffler Part # 5233 T Only around 50 of these engines were made in this configuration for starting the big stationary engines. The engine turns over, but will need gone thru. There are no broken or welded castings. All cooling fins are not broken. The gas tank part # 5275 T and it's mounting bracket

Part # 5232 T are missing, but those drawings are avaiable from the McCormick archives.
