The 30-60 case was the first ~~large~~ production prairie gas tractor under the Case brand. It was introduced in 1911 and won a gold medal at the Winnipeg contest that same year. It is powered by a twin cylinder engine with a 10” bore and 12” stroke. This represents one of just five remaining examples. Dennis purchased this tractor in 1993 from Ron Carey, who originally purchased it from the Stan Reynolds museum in Alberta, Canada. This example, Number 889, comes with the original extension rims. It underwent an extensive restoration that began in the year 2000 and was completed in 2006. The engine work was completed by Larson Machine in SD, and the frame and wheels were done by D&H spring in MT. One of the only 30-60 Case tractors available to the open market.
