New seat last year. Rear tires are both cracked. Both hold air but one will have to be replaced due to coming apart. That rear tire with that is coming apart has a very slow leak. It has been used primarily for parades and tractor displays. It has been driven in a couple tractor drives. The carburetor was rebuilt about 8 years ago..the tractor has been used very little the last 6 years. It starts easy, runs a little rough. Rear tires are good but mismatched. Front tires are good. Paint is parade quality paint. The governor is not working properly and had been troublesome in the past. All lights work. It's still 6 volt. Battery is only a little over a year old.
