Now's your chance to bid on 240 Acres of beautiful farm and recreational land.  It's selling in 5 Tracts.  The PIN, Taxes, and Earnest Money information can be found at the lot level on this sale.  The buyer(s) will be given credit for ½ the real estate taxes for the 2025 year.  Closing to be on or before July 7th 2025.  Burtschi Bros.
