​A few things to note about the lake lot:
 - The buyer will need to contact Pana City Hall (217/562-3626) to notify they have successfully purchased this property.  The ordinance office will do a reinspection of the lot at that time.  The buyer will be responsible for signing a new lease with the City of Pana.  A copy of that lease is attached to the documents section of this sale and is attached at the lot level.  There's an addendum to the lease if financing is involved.  If this is the case, the City of Pana will need the lender to provide a copy of the amortization schedule so the lease dates are properly adjusted.  The buyer will be responsible for a one time $1,000 transfer fee when the new lot lease is signed.
