Unfortunately sometime in the last week, this property was broken in to and the bandit(s) made off with some of items we had listed. Today, 7/10/25, some lots will be removed and/or updated to reflect what is still on site. Some lots contained multiple items so new pictures have been added. We are terribly sorry to have to do this so close to the end of the sale, but it's beyond our control. Please review your invoice you will receive via email upon the completion of the sale. There will be a link to schedule a pickup appointment. It is strongly suggested that you sign up for an appointment to remove your items. This sale has many automobiles that do not run and will require extra equipment to load. If everyone shows up at the same time, it will just make the whole process run much slower. Priority loading assistance will be given to those with a scheduled pickup.
Staggered ending auctions allow items to end on an individual lot level. Time extensions will happen if bidding is still active. When bidding has stopped on the lot the lot will close.
